Issues Linking Your Badge

Just purchased your badge and seeing an error when trying to link? No worries, please wait about 20 minutes after purchasing your badge and then try again.

If you’re experiencing issues linking your badge in the GO App, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Open SXSW GO/EDU app and tap the Profile tile.
  • Click "Login to your account" and ensure you're using the correct email address.
  • Tap "Link Badge" and enter your link code, then click "Link Now".
    • Need help finding your link code? Click here!
  • Confirm you're linking the correct credential—the app will prompt you to verify your details.
  • If you can browse the Attendee Directory, your credential is successfully linked.
