Favorites Not Syncing Between Website & App

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the SXSW GO/EDU app.
  2. Open SXSW GO/ EDU and tap the Profile tile.
  3. Click "Login to your account" and ensure you're using the correct email.
  4. Ensure your credential is linked:
    • If you can browse the Attendee Directory, you’re good to go.
    • If not, tap Profile > "Link Badge", enter your link code, and click "Link Now".
