Getting an Error When Logging Into Your SXSW ID Account

  1. Check your browser settings and ensure cookies are enabled. If you're using Safari, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced and disable "Block all cookies."
  2. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
  3. If you're using the SXSW GO/EDU app, close and reopen the app before attempting to log in again.
  4. Ensure you're using the correct login credentials.
  5. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or device.
