Mentors: Mentors do not need to prepare anything for their mentor sessions, they just need to bring their expertise and experience.
Mentees: Once you have successfully signed up for a mentor, identify a few focused questions you’d like to pose to your mentor, referencing the “Talk to me about” listing under each mentor profile to help guide conversation topics. Consider what makes your mentor unique and how their insights will help you gain a better understanding and clearer vision of your future goals. This will help focus your conversation for a more productive meeting.
For Roundtable Discussions: Roundtable discussions are informal conversations on the topic of the sessions, both mentors and attendees do not need to prepare anything for the session other than their thoughts on the topic.
