When PanelPicker community voting opens, anyone with an interest in SXSW can vote.
To vote for a proposal, each individual will need a SXSW account through SXSW ID. After an account has been created, a person can vote once per proposal – vote for the proposals you want to see by selecting the "heart" icon.
