If you plan to capture video of your official SXSW Session, you must first obtain written permission from SXSW Event Recording & Licensing. Requests must be received prior to the deadline of February 17, 2025 and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Fill out the form using the link provided in your Speaker Release to submit your request.
