What should I do if I have already purchased a badge?

SXSW does not issue refunds. However, if you purchased a badge prior to being accepted as a speaker, you have three options available to you.

1. You can defer your purchased badge to the following year.
2. You can transfer your purchased badge to someone else free of charge.
