SXSW provides a limited number of complimentary badges for accepted filmmakers to attend the festival. We do not cover any travel, accommodation costs, or other forms of remuneration. A number of Austin hotel rooms have been saved for accepted filmmakersOnce accepted, you will receive access to the filmmaker hotel block of rooms, which are sold on a ‘first come, first served’ basis exclusively through the SXSW Housing Department.
