To register now and take advantage of early bird rates, you can assign a placeholder name to a registration.
- Enter your company/school/group name in the “First Name” field.
- Enter a number in the “Last Name” field.
- Use the company mailing address and your email & direct contact information to complete the form.
If you register using placeholders, you must transfer each registration to the actual attendee prior to arrival, or they will be unable to pick up their badge upon arrival.
Registrations may only be transferred 48 hours or more after purchase. Each registration includes one complimentary transfer. For any additional transfers beyond the first, please reach out to reg@sxsw.com for assistance.
There is no transfer fee for the first transfer. Onsite, once a badge has been printed up during SXSW, it becomes non-transferable.
