What should I do if I have already purchased a badge?

SXSW does not issue refunds. However, if you purchased a badge prior to being accepted as a speaker, you have two options available to you:

  1. You can defer your purchased badge to the following year.
  2. You can transfer your purchased badge to someone else and we will waive the transfer fee.
