Each session room is equipped with a computer, high-speed internet connection, a projection system with a screen and mics for up to 4 speakers. All rooms also feature Wi-Fi connectivity, PA and VGA source switchers (no digital connection). If you choose to use your own computer, please bring all required adapters and cables with you. Clickers are available upon request from the SXSW EDU Conference Tech Team (best to ask when you check in to the Green Room). Certain session formats, such as Campfires and Meet Ups, will have unique setups and may not include all of the technical equipment listed above.
The technical information for your session room will be made available in the Session Production Guide (SPG) as room sets are finalized and we get closer to the event. Your session organizer has sole access to the SPG and will be your point of contact for this information.
