If you plan to record, stream, photograph, or otherwise reproduce or distribute any audio, video or photographs captured at your official SXSW EDU program or event, you must first obtain written permission from the SXSW Event Recording & Licensing department. Requests must be received prior to the deadline of February 17, 2027 and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
