Entrants selected as finalists and semifinalists will receive an array of opportunities to showcase their innovative products to the SXSW EDU community.
Finalists:
- Receive two (2) complimentary credentials to SXSW EDU 2027 (these complimentary registrations must be assigned to the individual presenting at the event and an additional member of the team)
- Gain access to the SXSW EDU Bootcamp for startups (subject to capacity) and other exclusive workshops and opportunities for startups at SXSW EDU
- Pitch live to an audience of educators, investors, entrepreneurs, and innovators for the opportunity to win one out of three awards
- Have access to coaching and mentorship sessions with savvy entrepreneurs and established startup advisors selected by SXSW EDU to help participants refine their business concept and perfect their pitch
- Participate in our Launch Spotlight, a cocktail and networking reception where teams can connect one-on-one with attendees, demo products and receive valuable, real-time feedback
- Receive the opportunity to participate in select SXSW Pitch events for Startups and founders during SXSW 2027
Semifinalists
- Receive two (2) complimentary credentials to SXSW EDU 2027 (these complimentary registrations must be assigned to members of the semifinalist company/ team)
- Gain access to the SXSW EDU Bootcamp for startups (subject to capacity) and other exclusive workshops and opportunities for startups at SXSW EDU
- Have access to coaching and mentorship sessions with established startup advisors selected by SXSW EDU to help participants refine their business concept
