I received a "No Artists Found" error message - what do I do?

If you log in to Artist Admin and see an error message which states No Artists Found, it could be due to the following:

  • You are not listed as the Primary Contact for the artist. 
  • You do not have a SXSW ID account.
  • The email address originally entered for the Primary Contact in your initial Music Festival Showcase Application is not the same one you’ve set up your SXSW ID account with.

Please email musicfest@sxsw.com if you need to update your Primary Contact.
