The person who was listed as Primary Contact in your initial Music Festival Showcase Application will have access to your Artist Admin portal. If the Primary Contact does not already have a SXSW ID account, they will need to follow the steps to create one. IMPORTANT: the SXSW ID account must have the same email address as the one used in the initial Music Festival Showcase Application..
