I used Guest Checkout. How do I link my purchase to my SXSW Auth account?

After completing a purchase using guest checkout, it is important that you link your purchase to a SXSW Auth account. Linking your purchase allows you to:

  • View your purchase history
  • Access a printable invoice
  • Transfer a badge

Each purchase can only be linked to 1 account. If the registrant email, cc email and billing email are different, please ensure that the contact who needs access to complete the above tasks is the one who links the purchase to their account.

To link a purchase to your account, you will need to access the email that was sent to you immediately after you confirmed your purchase. The email has the subject line: SXSW Purchase Confirmation.

Open the email, scroll down to the bottom and locate the text Sign in with this link to view and manage your registrations, then click on the link.

You will be directed to SXSW Auth. Please sign in with your SXSW Auth account if you already have one created, or create one using the Create Account button. Unsure if you have a SXSW Auth Account? You can reset your password using the link at the bottom of the Sign In page.

After signing in, your purchase will be linked.
