Issues Redeeming SXXpress Passes

1. Open the SXSW GO/EDU app.
2. Tap the Hamburger Menu (☰ in the top left).
3. Select your Profile.
4. Tap the Settings icon (⚙️ in the top right).
5. Log out and log back in using the correct email.
6. Ensure your credential is linked:
   • If you can browse the Attendee Directory, you’re good to go.
   • If not, tap Profile > "Link Badge", enter your link code, and click "Link Now".
   • Need help finding your link code? Click here!
7. Go to My SXSW > SXXpress Passes.
8. Browse available passes and claim them.
