Materials required from SXSW Gaming Awards nominees include:
- A description of the title of up to 150 words.
- 300dpi screenshots that show gameplay with no logos, watermarks or mention of categories entered.
- At least two 1 minute long video clips per category, 1080p H264, file type MP4 preferred.
- Video clips must not have slates and must include some footage of gameplay and/or relevance to the nominated category. B-roll is acceptable.
