When entering a proposal for a panel, do I need to confirm attendance of all speakers before submitting?

Ideally, yes. All speakers (and moderator, if applicable) should be confirmed before being added since the speakers listed on a proposal will have an impact on the selection process. To that end, we ask for a lot of information about each speaker, including detailed contact information and how they can contribute to the session. If you cannot confirm your speakers in advance, consider reframing your proposal as a presentation with one or two speakers.
