How do I book more than ten rooms at once?

To book a large block (10+):

Once your group is registered, email grouphousing@sxsw.com. Our Housing team will work closely with you to find the accommodations you need based on current availability. It is always a good idea to get an early start if you plan to bring a large group, as rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

To book without our assistance, or for small groups (fewer than 10):

To register and book hotels for multiple people in your organization, we recommend purchasing all registrations in one shopping cart. After purchasing your registrations, you can book hotel rooms by clicking the Request Hotel button next to each registration in your purchase history.

Tip: Groups of 10 or more can save by registering through the Group Registration Form.
