Can I make changes to my SXSW Housing reservation directly with the hotel?

We don’t send reservations to the hotel until late February. If you call the hotel before then, they won’t have your reservation on file and are unable to make changes to your reservation. Hotel staff is instructed to send you back to SXSW Housing.

Make changes online from using link at the bottom of your reservation confirmation, or from the hotel section your SXSW Shopping cart or linked SXSW Social account

Changes Within 24 Hours of Check-in
If you need to make changes within 24 hours of check-in, make your changes online and also contact the hotel directly to ensure the hotel receives last minute changes to your reservation and you don’t have trouble checking in. Especially if you're changing your check-in date or reducing your stay.
