Yes, you can submit an application to another SXSW event but you may only participate in one. If your company has already participated in a past SXSW pitch event (SXSW Pitch, SXSW V2Venture, SXSW Accelerator, SXSW Eco Startup Showcase, SXSW EDU Launch) in previous years, you are not eligible to participate in SXSW EDU Launch.
