12. I haven’t received EDU Social login details, what should I do?

Follow these simple steps to set up your EDU social:

1. Follow the link located in the "Welcome to EDU Social Account" email you received upon registering or go to social.sxswedu.com to sign-in to your existing account. If you already have an account, skip to step 3.

If you do not already have an EDU Social account from a previous year, click the “Sign up” link to create one. Follow the steps to create your account. If you are not the registrant attending, be sure to enter their name when creating their account.

Please Note: your EDU Social account is different from the shopping cart used to register. If you are a speaker and have already created an account through PanelPicker, you can use those log in details to sign in to EDU Social.

2. Once you complete the steps to create and account an EDU Social Confirmation email is sent to the address you provided when creating your account. Use the link in this email to confirm your account.

3. Sign-in to your EDU Social account. Please read carefully, the EDU Social Terms of Use Policy. If you agree to the terms of use, check the box and click “Continue.”

4. Finally, you must associate your current registration with your EDU Social account. Simply use the link in your "Welcome to EDU Social" email or enter the Activation Key provided and click "Activate." If you cannot find your activation key, click “Resend Activation Key."
