How do I book a hotel for SXSW?

SXSW showcasing artists have special access to book hotel rooms at the SXSW conference rate through SXSW Housing and Travel from their Artist Admin page. These rooms are for performers and crew only.

Band management and label representatives can register for SXSW to access the SXSW Housing & Travel block of rooms.

To Book Your Hotel:

1. Add your performers and crew members in the "Members" tab.
2. Click "Book Hotel" for each performer and crew member that needs a hotel reservation.
3. Return to this page to make additional reservations.
