Springtime weather in Austin can be unpredictable. Generally highs are in the 70s and lows are in the 50s or 60s at night. You’ll be on your feet a lot of the time, so comfortable shoes are a must (consider an extra pair if you have the space). It also typically rains at least one day during the festival (so don't forget a raincoat or umbrella)! Allergies (from cedar in particular) can act up at this time of year. And bring a reusable water bottle - the air in the Austin Convention Center can get dry!
