If you log in to Artist Admin and see an error message which states that you have no artists, it could be due to the following:
- You are not listed as the Primary Contact for the artist.
- You do not have a SXSW ID account.
- The email address originally entered as that for the Primary Contact is not the same one you’ve set up your SXSW ID account with.
Please email musicfest@sxsw.com if you need to update your Primary Contact.
