I received a "You Have No Artists" error message - what do I do?

If you log in to Artist Admin and see an error message which states that you have no artists, it could be due to the following:

  • You are not listed as the Primary Contact for the artist. 
  • You do not have a SXSW ID account.
  • The email address originally entered as that for the Primary Contact is not the same one you’ve set up your SXSW ID account with.

Please email musicfest@sxsw.com if you need to update your Primary Contact.
