Artist Admin is a helpful resource for Official SXSW Showcasing Artists and an online tool used for collecting information for both promoting and advancing your appearance.
In Artist Admin, you can:
- Upload and manage the information (photo, bio, links) that appears on your SXSW.com and SXSW GO mobile app artist page.
- Sign your performance agreement
- Enter performing member information (required for SXSW credentials and visa support letters)
- Enter production information (input list, stage plot, backline info)
- Book hotel rooms (invited artists and their crew members are eligible for special rates & hotel blocks through SXSW Housing & Travel)
- Download SXSW social media photo frames (for promotion)
- Download visa support letters for international artists
