6. How do I know that my registration form and payment have been received?

Once you register online, you receive a purchase receipt immediately after finalizing the transaction. You also receive a another, more detailed, confirmation email within one business day after we've processed your registration. You also receive your “Welcome to SXsocial” email containing detailed instruction to associate your current registration with your SXsocial account. This email contains an important activation link, and we recommend associating your SXsocial account as soon as you receive this email.

Your registration confirmation is sent by email to the address provided upon registering and shows receipt of your purchase. During the registration process, you can provide a secondary "CC" email to provide copy of your confirmation to your travel coordinator, supervisor, assistant, colleagues or travel companions.
