I called the hotel and they don’t have my reservation! Should I panic?

No. SXSW Housing begins booking in August but we do not send our reservations to the hotels until much closer to the event. All changes and cancellations should come through SXSW Housing until 72 hours before check-in. Please use the “Request for Change” link in your email confirmation or contact us directly to make changes to your reservation.
