I called the hotel and they don’t have my reservation! Should I panic?

No. SXSW Housing & Travel begins booking in August but we do not send our reservations to the hotels until much closer to the event (usually about 2 weeks prior to your arrival).

All changes and cancellations should come through SXSW Housing until 72 hours before check-in. Please use your reservation confirmation, your eduSocial account, or your SXSW shopping cart to make changes to your reservation.
